Monobloc press, ascending plate.This hydraulic press has a monolithic body made of forged, treated steel, with incorporated cylinder. It is assembled in a sturdy structural steel frame with incorporated hydraulic power unit and control and safety devices. The bolster plate ascends, and the hydraulic control system is composed of a high pressure pump, two double-acting hydraulic cylinders (for approach and return), and a hydraulic cylinder for reaching the work thrust. This optimizes the work cycle without wasting energy and ensures a fast opening and closing speed to limit idle time. The slow work speed that takes over at a preset height before the pressing process prevents deformation of the work piece. Oil is continuously filtered, and there is a clogged filter alarm. For prolonged nonstop work cycles, the oil temperature can be maintained within limits by connecting the power unit’s cooling circuit to an external water supply. This ensures operation of the press without overheating. The control panel also has a digital piece counter. The machine is provided with the appropriate safety systems (mobile or photocell safety barriers, emergency stop button) in conformity with international regulations and the laws in force.
