Mario di Maio S.p.A. (Acronym MDM) has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that all prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been described in a clear and complete way.All prices are displayed in Euros both inclusive of 22% IVA / VAT or not, packing and shipping fees are advised separately, and added to the final total. From time to time there may be some unintentional inaccuracy or error on our web site, affecting some product descriptions, prices or availability. MDM reseves the right to update or correct product prices as well as any other information at any time without prior notice.

All products are subject to availability, if out of stock you will be unable to order it.

Website orders

When a customer places an order on our website, we treat it as an offer to buy and we will promptly reply with a confirmation email of the order.

If the order is accepted by MDM the products will be promptly dispatched, at which point we enter into a legal contract with the customer.
