Vulcanizing press for medium and large molds. Sturdy structure, with iron supports and steel columns, provided with a descending piston that can be blocked by way of a special accessory. he large rectangular platens can be used to make large, thick rubber molds. This vulcanizing press is also supplied with a hand wheel which is connected to a worm screw that permits more gradual pressure to be applied to the molds. This means the rubber around the piece to be produced is more evenly distributed and it also prevents deformation of the same. The aluminum platen heating system consists of four powerful armored heater plugs that quickly and evenly distribute heat throughout the two platens. If one of the heater plugs malfunctions, the machine can still complete the job. Control panel with general on/off switch, timer and digital display for viewing and setting temperature.
