Prices
All prices are displayed in Euro, with and without 22% VAT and do not include shipping charges, that are shown separately.
Shipping charges are mentioned as "Shipping & Handling" during checkout procedure and in the order memo. 
Once the products you choosed have been placed in your shopping basket, you can get an estimation of the shipping costs, filling the destination address and CAP/ZIP code, before proceeding to the actual purchase process.

Mario Di Maio S.p.a has the right to change the prices at any time. The price of the purchased products should be the one stated at the time of placing the order. 

Customs fees

Customs fees and duties are not included in the order and cannot be advised. The client will pay for these fees at the arrival of the goods, according to the laws in force in the destination country.

Delivery
Once accepted your order, MDM will execute the delivery in 5-10 working days for goods intended to Europe, in 15-20 working days for Extra-EU countries.
Delivery dates are only estimates, MDM does not guarantee delivery within such terms and shall not be liable for any delay.
Delivery to Italy (main islands included) will be performed through a courier of our choice, delivery to European countries and other countries will be through FedEx. In the unlucky case of product loss or damage in transit, you must claim substitution or refund in writing. Damaged products must be retained in order to allow MDM to inspect them. For failed deliveries, please wait 10 working days before claiming.
