Galvanic Electroplating Equipment G5V

This system with possibility to revert polarity, is used for warm and cold galvanic processes such as: gold, rhodium and silver-plating, electrolytic degreasing, neutralizing, washing and electrostripping treatments. It is suitable for medium-sizes and large workshops. It is composed of a sturdy metal frame structure with a stainless steel worktop that includes five rectangular tanks for processes and control devices. Equipments includes: - A - a tank made of Moplen® (12 liters, 200 x 410 x 175 mm), with anode and cathode bars. Used for electrolytic degreasing. - B - tanks made of Moplen® ( 7 liters,125 x 410 x 175 H mm). Used for rinsing the objects under running water and for the neutralizing bath. - C - a tank made of Moplen® (12 liters, 200 x 410 x 175 H mm), with anode and cathode bars. Used for pre-rhodium plating. - D - working tank (14 liters, 205 x 370 x 180 H mm), with 2500 W heating system and thermostatic temperature control, there are anode and cathode bars. It also has a device for aspiration and neutralization of toxic fumes with a water spray. A stainless steel container in the tank contains galvanic solution used for polishing. Tank houses a container made of Moplen® for ≤ 40°C galvanic treatments (rhodium plating), or stainless steeel container for ≥ 40°C galvanic treatments (gold and silver plating).
