Minibrill - Galvanic Electroplating Equipment

This bench-top equipment with possibility to revert polarity, is used for galvanic electroplating (gold, rhodium and silver), electrostripping treatment, electrolytic degreasing and washing treatments. It is ideal for small and medium-size workshops. It is composed of a sturdy stainless steel structure that includes 3 tanks with beakers and containers for the process, control devices, stainless steel anodes, cables and clips for connecting the objets to be treated. It also includes an air suction system to remove fumes, with a capacity of 60 m3/h. Equipment includes:- A - beakers made of Pirex glass graduated (capacity 5 liters each), ø 200 x 170 mm in size), with a 1500 W heating system (beaker 1) and 600 W heating system (beaker 2) with thermostat temperature control. Used for warm processes (electroplating and electrostripping). - B - containers made of synthetic material (Moplen®, capacity 2 liter, ø 130 x 170 mm in size), used for cold processes (electrolytic degreasing 1, neutralizing 2, washing 3). - C - rectangular tank with removable stainless steel basket, capacity 2 liters. Used for final washing of treated objects.
