Tilting crucible chamber with lid, lined with refractory material with high aluminum content and composed of easy-to-replace prefabricated elements. CE approved burner with pilot flame, safety valve and thermocouple. The wide, enveloping flame with tangential entry heats the blast furnace chamber without directly hitting the crucible. Heating times are extremely short. Burner ventilation is ensured by a silent electric fan.
