VACWAX Automatic Vacuum Wax Injector

The work cycle in this automatic vacuum wax injector is directly controlled by a nozzle that is easy to replace. The automatic work cycle parameters are set through a few simple commands on the userfriendly control panel. A foot pedal controls the work cycle. Through a specially programmed function, the nozzle can self-clean at the end of the injection cycle to remove wax residue, which ensures perfect operation during the next cycle. Since the air is suctioned from the mold through a vacuum, there is no need to make air vents. A 5000 cc tank that ensures good autonomy, easy cleaning and recovery of unused wax. The machine requires an external feed for the vacuum and compressed air. The injector comes with two interchangeable nozzles (1 conical and the other cylindrical).
